Striving for competitive quality Netherland Dwarfs in a
variety of colors.
I got into showing and raising rabbits when I moved here to Pennsylvania from
Colorado in 2005. I debated and experimented with several breeds of rabbits for
a while, but ended up giving my devotion to Netherland Dwarfs. I wanted a breed
that could work with the little space I have, a breed with variety, a breed that
had personality, a breed that made a good family pet and competitor, but most importantly I wanted a breed that would challenge and intrigue
me. Netherland Dwarfs just seemed to fit, and I have enjoyed all the experiences
that have come with them. Threw out the years I have been able to meet a lot of
interesting, kind people from which I have picked up a lot of helpful
information that has been a great help to my success today. I have become
dedicated to breeding my rabbits to become as close to the ideal image of
Netherland Dwarfs as possible.
To do this, I select my stock carefully from a variety of reputable breeders to
help expand and
improve my herd.
Most of my stock comes from Joe Power's lines (J-Top/ Dreamcatcher). I am mainly focusing on
chocolate
and other diluted colors of Netherland Dwarfs right now, so I will have
many black- chocolate/ dilute carriers available for a while. If
